Experienced Hires
Develop business partnerships with local freight forwarders and direct end-clients; lead major-project expansion, deliver against team performance targets and oversee internal talent development and training initiatives.
Coordinate with overseas agent partners across trade lanes, support lane managers in client acquisition and relationship management. Competitive compensation package comprising base salary, performance-based bonuses and clear career-advancement opportunities.
Establish departmental policies and operational workflows; supervise team recruitment, staff training and succession-planning activities; administer end-to-end shipment order operations.
Support external quotation preparation and agent-partner enquiries; monitor order fulfilment and system data entry; manage space allocation, container loading, pre-alert notifications and payment collection workflows.
Cultivate long-term cooperative relationships with overseas lane-based agent partners; track and nurture existing client accounts. Minimum 2 years of international sales experience is preferred.
Develop and foster collaborative partnerships with Middle-East-region agents; lead team service delivery and internal-staff training. Existing Middle-East client-resource connections are highly desirable.
Acquire new domestic freight-forwarder and direct clients; deliver full-scope import-export, customs-brokerage and logistics solutions, including scheduled client visits and ongoing relationship maintenance.
Complete end-to-end documentation workflows for export shipments; compile ocean-freight and air-freight documentation; address client complaints and fulfil assigned operational tasks.
Execute precise, timely carrier bookings and provide timely updates regarding space constraints. Maintain thorough familiarity with vessel schedules and space-request administration; uphold strict business-confidentiality standards and data-security protocols.
